A student of leadership and team building, he has been a creative team leader for more than 13 years, having managed creative and strategy teams through the challenges of both layoffs and meteoric rises. In that time period, Mark has crafted a leadership and strategy style that is driven by a consultant’s mindset but always grounded in pragmatism. Beyond writing and research, Mark has been recruited by numerous companies and executives to help build strategic frameworks that succinctly and creatively establish their leadership vision.
